On Simplifying.....{hiring a personal chef}

It sounds so snotty.
I'm not a snotty person.
{I'm a tad more sassy than snotty.}
But I do like the way it sounds.
Hiring a personal chef.
And....I could totally get used to it.

Here's why.....

Meal One....Grilled Chicken & Veggies with the yummiest garlic bread ever.
Recipe for garlic bread coming soon.

Meal Two....Rosemary skewered shrimp, grilled artichokes & Greek pasta salad.

Meal Three....Pork, Fried Rice & Edamame.

All three meals were to.die.for.
They were just as good hot or cold.
We had a few leftovers for lunch the next day.

I posted last week that I had hired a friend to cook for us while I got ready for Queen Bee Market.
I knew it would be a stressful, jammed pack week.
I knew I could handle breakfast, lunches and laundry to take care of my family.
But knew dinner would fall by the wayside creating grouchy kids and a grouchy husband.

I knew our evening hours would be precious and didn't want to waste time sitting at a restaurant when we could be home working on last minute projects.

And...let me tell you the whole week was heavenly. HEAVENLY. That totally needed CAPS!
The food was amazing. The price was less than what it would have cost us if we had eaten out.
But we tend to eat out at higher priced joints like Gotts instead of fast food.

{Gotts used to be Taylors Refreshers and was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives!
We are spoiled with them in town. We just ate there Monday night. I should have hired Stephanie for one more week. I've got another craft fair tomorrow, Saturday & Sunday!}
Tonight I'm cooking dinner. We are having frozen lasagna and bagged Caesar salad.
Now isn't that glamorous!

I heart comments! Just one rule that I'm sure your momma taught you...if you don't have anything nice to say...please don't say anything at all!
