Craft Camp - Day Five.

Day Five of Craft Camp brought beaded anklets and sewn fabric bags with both groups
plus fabric flower pins and homemade sugar scrubs with the older group.

These treasure/personal bags were 'sew' simple. I simply folded fabric in half (wrong side together) and had each girl stitch down each side. We trimmed the top with pinking shears and stitched a ribbon on the side to tie close.

It was fun to see the girls use their newly learned sewing skills all by themselves.

Fabric flower pins - which will be coming to my FVK shop very soon!

Homemade Sugar Scrub:

1 - 1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil

for vanilla - add 2-3 tsp vanilla extract
for grapefruit - add 8 drops of grapefruit essential oil + 1 drop of red food coloring
for lemongrass - add 8 drops of lemongrass essential oil plus 1 tsp of Burt's Bee lemon body oil.

More Craft Camps will be coming throughout the year!
Also coming soon.....Ladies Night Craft Camp.

I'll keep you posted.
Thank you for all the sweet comments and support of my Craft Camp!

I heart comments! Just one rule that I'm sure your momma taught you...if you don't have anything nice to say...please don't say anything at all!
