MY VIDEO PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCMENT TO ALL CALIFORNIANS.

Trust me...you will thank me. Dave's ticket that started out as $200 quickly turned into $466 when we didn't get the ticket in the mail and it took me a few weeks to figure it out and call on it.

  1. It's SOOOOO true!!!! That is one expensive ticket! Which reminds me... I have a parking ticket I need to pay *gulp* that I've forgotten about way past the due date. :(

  2. Ha Ha! I love it! Here in NC you are supposed to get a ticket if you are caught on the cell phone. Obvisouly our police officers are not enforcing the law because I see so many people on the dang phone. I can't tell you how many times I have almost been hit because of people not paying attention. Hope you guys got that ticket squared away. Here's to no more tickets in 2010! Have a great week!

  3. LOL. I love it. I know some people I will be sending that to. I swear Audrey's first phrase is going to be "get off your damn phone" because I am constantly saying that to people as they nearly crash into me. Maybe I should drop the "damn" just in case it really is her first phrase, wouldn't that be embarrassing. :)

  5. So funny and so true. Here in WA you can only get it as a secondary ticket if you were stopped for something else. I'm sure on day it will turn into what CA does. Good job.

  9. "Potato, potato, potato!" That was awesome! :) So cute.

I have completely quit talking on the phone in my car since moving in CA. Even with my headset on. Fumbling around my car for my headphones while my phone is ringing isn't safe either
(because I always forget to put them on right when I get in the car). My dad (who was in town helping me move) got a ticket for talking on his phone the FIRST DAY we were here! Those Burbank police were all over it. So I don't even test it!

I heart comments! Just one rule that I'm sure your momma taught you...if you don't have anything nice to say...please don't say anything at all!
