husk 4-5 ears of corn
place all ears of corn in a large ziploc bag
fill with water about a 1/4 of the way up the bag
(probably about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water actually)
close bag
microwave for about 4 minutes
careful opening bag
enjoy the crunchiest corn on the cob EVER!
Raspberry Vinaigrette or Balsamic Vinaigrette
The best part about this dinner is if you end a bite with blue cheese in your mouth and pop a grape it tastes completely like you just ate one of these!
Pulled pork with broccoli cole slaw (minus the broccoli head)!
We will be enjoying dump salsa this weekend as we tube down the American River as a family.
