SOME OF OUR YUMMY DINNERS.

Sweet Baby Rays BBQ chicken with ceasar salad and FAST corn on the cob.

FAST CORN ON THE COB

husk 4-5 ears of corn

place all ears of corn in a large ziploc bag

fill with water about a 1/4 of the way up the bag

(probably about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water actually)

close bag

microwave for about 4 minutes

careful opening bag

enjoy the crunchiest corn on the cob EVER!

Roast Beef and Blue Cheese Salad with cherry tomatoes, grapes and Parmesan toast.

Raspberry Vinaigrette or Balsamic Vinaigrette

The best part about this dinner is if you end a bite with blue cheese in your mouth and pop a grape it tastes completely like you just ate one of these!

And one of my all-time favorite dinners, I could eat weekly and possibly even daily...

Pulled pork with broccoli cole slaw (minus the broccoli head)!

We will be enjoying dump salsa this weekend as we tube down the American River as a family.

I will have many pictures to post when I return to blogging after Labor Day.

Happy Labor Day Weekend...a bit early!

I heart comments! Just one rule that I'm sure your momma taught you...if you don't have anything nice to say...please don't say anything at all!
