WE ARE LOSERS.....SEE OUR STATS!

Not the best week for me with regards to exercising. I am in a bit of a slump. But Sierraville is calling my name next week for our church's Girls' Camp and there I will be exercising like a mad woman. There are so many opportunities and pretty mountainsides to see. Somehow I managed to drop .5 lbs, but I'm sure if I got on the scale again it might just say 143 again. I'll take the .5 though and proudly report 142.5! How's it going for you?

Also....I will continue to cross through my list below today. Did you know I added another one...uuugh? Please come back and encourage me and watch the strikeouts grow in number!

Happy Weekend. I will be gone next week, but am planning on posting some of my past favorite posts and some new pics for your viewing pleasure and for my memory keeping!

  2. Wow...I just looked back to last week. I was 144...I've lost 1.5 lbs this week. Not too shabby. Although last week I fluctuated between 143 and 144 and on Friday weighed 144...go figure! I still am really trying to make good food decisions.

  4. Keep working at it, you guys! I love the accountability you get from posting it up. :) I report zero running this week, but I DID play at the park once. Oh, and I mowed the lawn! That was sweat-worthy.

(and p.s. I totally think sex should count as an exercise period.)

  5. I have exercised everyday this week, except Monday. (I was exercising my service skills for a good friend that day, does that count?) I did pilates once, did the elliptical and bike twice and took Addy walking and to the park today. One big thing for me was when I went to the store the other day and didn't even have a thought of buying a candy bar. That's huge for me!

  6. Congratulations everyone! As time goes on, and the reality that this is a life style change and not just a diet sets in, most people go through a slump. The best thing to remember is the parallel healthy living is to prayer. We need to pray even when we don't feel like it. Healthy living is advocated by the Father, but not Satan. He would try to convince us not to Pray and not to live healthily.
Just got back from Chicago - will weigh in tomorrow morning for consistency. Had a great trip - We only ate out 5 meals in 5 days. AND we shared - one individual pizza and a salad to share one night, plate of spaghetti and meatballs and a salad to share the next. We walked until my hips, knees and feet hurt. Hopefully the scale will be friendly tomorrow!

  7. I like to think of my weight lose in terms of cubes of butter. So even if all I lose is 1/2 a pound at least that is two cubes of butter off of my body!

I heart comments! Just one rule that I'm sure your momma taught you...if you don't have anything nice to say...please don't say anything at all!
