Have you ever worked out so hard you felt like puking? I just did and finished my work-out with hanging my head over the toilet. Our first BeachBody workout (we did three 10 minute videos) went really quick, but were super hard. We started with Cardio, moved next to Yoga Flex and finished with Total Body. Mommy K showed up with baby at 6:40 am, but I had been up since 4:30 am afraid I would miss my alarm clock and leave her outside waiting for me! I definitely will be taking a nap this afternoon. Dave had to go to work early this morning, so I will find great delight in watching him this evening do his 3 workouts, but show complete compassion while he sweats and groans through it. Now I'm off to eat 1 cup of oatmeal with a 1/2 cup of lowfat yogurt and drinks lots of water today, which will mean lots of potty stops too until my bladder gets used to it.

  1. I will try and remember to link to you tonight. :) I love hearing about people working out! I'm starting my exercising as well, but I just run outdoors. And I won't be recording any weightloss (not my primary goal), however...when you post that you did stuff...I will be a cheerleader and tell you if I ran at all myself. Yesterday? No. Today? Hopefully.
