THIS MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO PEE! (and some info on WE ARE LOSERS!)

I did get in my 8 tall glasses of water yesterday....and pee'd all day long. I also allowed one glass of Crystal Light lemonade around 3:30 to try to ease the sugar craving headache. I'm a firm believer in not cutting EVERYTHING out at once. While I am eating healthy and trying to lose weight or just into a new eating program I allow for a few treats within reason. Case in point, I lost 15 pounds on Weight Watchers one year and had a small bowl of ice-cream each night. I allowed for the calories and the fat grams and stayed true to my diet plan because I never felt like I was completely deprived of all my cravings. This time around....I am allowing a complete cheat day. Saturday I will eat whatever I please. Usually allowing myself this leniency I tend to not eat it all. Kind of like the old adage you want what you can't have. Then when you can have it....you don't want it!
It looks like we are going to have quite a group of LOSERS! Yay! Some have blogs...some don't. So here is how we are going to do it.
1. If you don't have a blog, just sign up for a google email address. That way you are allowed to post comments on this blog with a registered name showing. If you don't even want to do that, I do allow anonymous commenters, just remember to sign your name at the bottom of your comment so we know who is commenting with their stats.
2. Once you have taken your picture, if you have a blog, post it there and come and comment here that you have posted it. I will copy it and put them all together in a collage! If you don't have a blog, email me your picture to davenapril(at)aol.com and I will include it in the collage.
We want everyone to have a picture of themselves holding their piece of paper with their stats and starting date. Most people choose to start on a Monday. I have said for 3 months "I am starting next Monday" so when the opportunity arose for a Wednesday start....I jumped on it.
3. Every Friday I will post a title topic of "WE ARE LOSERS.....SEE OUR STATS." This is where you will record your stats (whether it is weight loss, miles ran, number of push-ups accomplished, fastest time, etc.). Whatever you are working on.
Remember, there are a lot of different work-out programs out there and many different ideas on healthy eating. We are just trying to encourage everyone to DO SOMETHING to better our health. So if you are choosing to walk....start walking, if you are running, run knowing you are a LOSER....even if you are running to tone up body muscle not lose weight! All of it is IMPROVING and that is what US LOSERS are all about. Improving. So let's get started.....start sending us your pictures NOW even if you aren't starting until Monday!
AND if you are just deciding to cheer us on, we welcome your comments and encouragement, but also encourage you to invite all your blog readers to join us LOSERS if they so choose! My ultimate goal.....to fit in the pile of jeans that are sitting in my closet without rolling out and over them! One pair is a size 28. That one might be difficult, but imagine the day I get to take my picture in those jeans and post for all to see! What is your goal going to be?

    Hopefully I can get my cute husband motivated, too. We've been trying so hard, but we can never seem to stay on an actual plan!

  3. I was thinking of posting a picture of Audrey's naked rear and saying it is mine. it is too cute and oh so chubby. I was afraid some pervie-weirdo would look at it so you can just imagine but anyways, I do intend to join. i need a before picture and some goals. I was thinking that if you're okay with it. I might want to come watch/write down the DVD's you have so I can do them without having the actual movies. I think they sound like just what I need. I can jam out on my i-pod while kicking my butt into shape. also, I wanted to see what my starting abilities are so I tried a few things out. I can do zero pull ups and zero push ups. what should my goals be? :) what a weakling I have become.
