FUNKY VINTAGE BABY!

The baby clothes line was a hit at the shower.....and so was this little number that I decided to make last minute this morning for the mommy-to-be!

This nursing apron....meant to hide the hooters from everyone else but keep direct eye contact with baby while nursing in public. I have seen them in stores and knew I could probably make them. It was so fun and to keep it simple I used ribbon for the top strings with the "d" rings and it worked beautifully. I bought enough D rings to make 4 more for my Funky Vintage Baby line in my Etsy shop. I can't wait!

  3. I've been meaning to e-mail you to see if I could order a second set of 4 of napkins similar to the ones I won. I bought another set of the butterfly napkin rings so I can have a set of 8 for Easter. I lost your e-mail. Oops! My e-mail is vintagechichome at gmail dot [com]

  4. Am I such a nerd? I never felt comfy nursing in public. I used the bathroom a few times, but generally timed everything around their schedules or used my car. I am happy to hear that the gifts were a hit. I bet that clothesline thing is great. I can't wait to attempt one.

  5. April, what a smart idea! I've seen them where there is a kind of pocket to let the baby "in" but it still seemed awkward. This is a great design.

I heart comments! Just one rule that I'm sure your momma taught you...if you don't have anything nice to say...please don't say anything at all!
