WE WENT TO THE PUMPKIN PATCH TO BUY PUMPKINS?

No...for a photo shoot...of course! My sister and I took the kiddos yesterday to our local pumpkin patch. It really is a great one. We let them play for a while and then I sat them all down and real seriously said, "We are going to do a little photo shoot....OK?" They weren't all that thrilled {Michael, my sister's oldest, and Jack, my sister's jokster of the group weren't too happy about it}, but for the most part cooperated. We did manage to get quite a few great pictures. Here they are.....ENJOY.

THE BOYS BEING SILLY

MY SWEET PUMPKINS!

AND MY SISTER'S SWEET PUMPKINS

JACK {IN THE ORANGE SHIRT} REPEATED AFTER ME "I LOVE YOU" WITH THESE ARM GESTURES!

Jack was in rare form, humor wise. Everytime I talk to my sister, she is telling me something hysterical or outrageous that happened in their family. I have told her over and over to start a blog and she always tells me that a blog would not be half the fun that a 24 hour web cam would be. After this little photo shoot....I completely agree!

MY SWEET SISTER

And because I have always wanted to be a photographer too {you know...when I grow up}, I have thrown in these last four pictures!

Camera for photoshoot......$1000.
Drinks because it was warm.....$20.
Pumpkins for the house......$30.
Being told, after I just forked out over $30 for pumpkins, that I could drive around the back and take as many pumpkins as I wanted from the 'extras' bin for free.......PRICELESS.
Those damn free pumpkins were as good, if not better, than the ones that I had just purchased.
I filled my trunk up.

  7. Nice photos of the kids n pumpkins. Maybe after you took all the free ones you should of seen if you could get a return on the purchased one, you could have told them after carefully looking at them they are not the right shade of orange...

I heart comments! Just one rule that I'm sure your momma taught you...if you don't have anything nice to say...please don't say anything at all!
